Leadtechchange.com is the home of Matt Brady. This is Matt.

Matt leads teams in designing and delivering future-ready digital ecosystems
His insights drive strategies and he builds capacity by training and empowering others to lead.
He's been integrating technology professionally for over 22 years.
An unbroken obsession with computing since the Atari 400,  Windows 95 and AOL CDs coming via mail...to today.
Okay, but where does he work?
July 2017-
These days he is the Director of Digital Learning at Nishimachi International School.
Better instructional technology platforms and strategies, training & smooth information flows for 75 staff and 500 hundred students and their families means a happy, savvy, connected community.  Responsible for managing, organizing and facilitating the effective integration of digital literacy, device literacy and digital citizenship.
The Art of Communication is the Language of Leadership
Insight: Visionary leadership, Strategy and Communications
He shifts people’s beliefs about what is possible by fostering an environment of communication & collaboration where everyone  works toward transformation.
Design is Intelligence Made Visible
Integration: Ecosystem design, hardware and software
He identifies and re-designs workflows and processes that are frittering away, in ten-second increments, hundreds of hours of the organizations most precious resource: human brain cycles/computation.
Low floors, high ceilings, wide walls
Transformation: Capacity building & resource development
He builds capacity at every level,
empowering others to be leaders,  build excitement and catalyze further change. He supports everyone as they work to accomplish transformations.
Innovation is high touch, not high tech.
Leadership: Decentralization and support
He expertly differentiates pathways for learners to become autonomous IT users. He deploys user focused designs and peer to peer collaboration models which change system structures so they are drivers of quality rather than enforcers of compliance.
And before that?
July 2014-July 2017
He led Digital Integration as the Technology Coach at Bonn International School
Improving student learning and staff support, leadership and communication and system integration & training inspired others to try new tools because their current systems were optimized and made to work FIRST.
Collaborative Instructional Leadership
He connected leaders across the organization to develop a vision and then integrated multiple legacy systems and new platforms and provided personalized coaching for an entire community of learners to carry it out.
Digital Ecosystem Leadership

Published a technology integration leadership guide outlining his views on leading from influence versus authority and providing practical solutions that dislodge paradigm paralysis.
Strategic Planning
Created and delivered on a “future-ready” digital ecosystem plan because we all want to be inspired; we all want to wake up in the morning thinking the future is going to be great and feel that we can influence what the future looks like and will be.
Support-Focused Service

Commitment to providing service and communication systems that always enhance and never undermine people’s sense of competence.  Ensure all colleagues feel things are being managed by leaders not lead by managers.
And before that?
1996-2007
He provided executive support to senior leaders and CEOs at Fortune 500s and startups
Direct working relationships with top decision makers and innovators who expected only the best, always. Support at this level requires genuine caring about products and processes, superior technical skills in analytics and business intelligence, and a reliable build pipeline of hard skills and leadership.
