Matt designs, leads and supports techno-social transformations and has been creating strategic, revenue-delivering digital ecosystems that organize, inform and inspire for two decades. Prior to moving into technology coaching and school leadership, Matt taught middle school Science & Social Studies and IGCSE & IB Information Technology. As an integrationist/Google Certified Trainer, Matt’s work was instrumental in creating and building collaborative community cultures at international schools in Vietnam, Tanzania and Germany.
As a member of the leadership team at Nishimachi International school in Tokyo, Japan, Matt lead the unprecedented growth in communication, digital learning and data utilization by initiating and integrating a dozen transformations of its digital ecosystem in less than two years. Matt is the author of Digital Ecosystem Leadership: Overcoming Obstacles to Technology Integration. Leading From a Position of Influence, Not Authority, and is a graduate of Michigan State University and the City University of New York (M.Ed).
Matt is married and his wife Karin is a School Psychologist/Counselor. They are proud parents of a four year old daughter.
